The keycode for texting for your site is: Mmanor
 
If a recipient has opted out of Voice or SMS messages directly from their phone, they must opt back in the same way. To do so, they will: 
 
Voice: Call 855-502-7867 and follow the prompts (Eng and Spn) to opt back in.
 
This opt-outs only applies to Outreach messages, so the recipient will continue to receive Emergency and Attendance type messages. 
 
SMS: For Emergency messages, send a text to 23177 and type START [Keycode] in the body of the message. For Outreach messages, send a text to 53291 and type START [Keycode] in the body of the message. It may take a few mins, depending on their cell carrier, but they should receive an auto reply letting them know they're opted back in. 
 
Email: A Super User at the your site must opt these emails back in on behalf of the user.
 
They can do this under Admin>Settings>Manage Opt-Outs. From there, click on the tab for Manage Opt-Outs, change Phone to Email, enter the email address and click Search. To opt the email address back in, click on the Trash Can that appears to the far right.
