Right click the file in question within the email, select "Save As"
I usually pick the desktop as the save as destination for ease of access.
Right click on the desktop icon for this file, click on properties, then click the "Unblock" checkbox.
Click on "Apply" then "Ok"
You can then move the file where you may need to if you want to keep it for later and you will be able to open it without any issue.
