- Make sure the projector screen is down. If it is not, or you want to double check, go behind to the video room to the right of the stage.
- There is a switch directly to the right of the entrance labeled “Movie Theater Screen”.
- Switch this to the down position. The screen should come down fully in a few minutes.
- Power on the projector with the white remote next to the laptop. The power button is the top left blue button.
- This should show the laptop screen, if not follow step 3.

- On the laptop in the bottom left hand corner, click on the windows icon, then the cogwheel or gear icon.
- Select “System”, then scroll down to the “Multiple displays” drop down.
- Make sure this drop down is set to “Duplicate Desktop on 1 and 2”.
- If no audio is working, click on the speaker icon in the bottom right and make sure the volume isn’t muted.
- If volume is not muted, and there is still no sound, click on the arrow above the number to the right of the speaker pop out, and select “Speakers”.
